Starlight CareGivers has given excellent care to my two elderly parents as they've aged and become more dependent. They started off with Starlight part time several times a week, and we now rely on them for 24/7 care. As my parents' needs have progressed they've gone out of their way to find the best fit, resulting in caregivers my parents are happy and comfortable with. They have reliably provided my parents with light housekeeping, personal hygiene care, meal preparation and feeding, and are always on top of my dad's incontinence issues. When my mom fell recently in the middle of the night, Starlight was able to find a caregiver for my dad so that the primary caregiver could take my mom to the hospital. Finally, Starlight also coordinates mobile home podiatry and hair cutting visits for my parents. I highly recommend Starlight CareGivers and am confident my parents are in good hands.

The front office are very organized and responsive. Policies were clear and they took care to make sure we understood how everything worked. We had one outstanding caregiver, and another who was younger/newer, who wasn't a good match for us, but could have been for someone else.
They set up a chat thread where we could upload doctor's appointments and therapy visits so everyone knew what was going on.

There are not enough Google stars for this company!  Although he needed help, my dad was very reluctant to allow caregivers into his home.  The people in charge at Starlight, Duanni, Angel, and Alex, took the time to get to know him and to select the perfect caregivers for his needs.  They made personal visits to the house on multiple occasions, welcomed his input, checked in with me by telephone and email several times a week, and sought feedback from both family and caregivers on a regular basis, making adjustments here and there (and sometimes house calls) to make sure my dad was completely safe and comfortable.  They did not settle for less, were exceptionally sensitive to my dad's feelings, and never seemed put out by our idiosyncratic requests, day or night, week day or weekend.  Within a month or two, Dad told me that he considered the Starlight folks to be, not only his caregivers, but his friends.  I can't imagine a better outcome.  Starlight allowed my dad to stay in his home of 56 years where he was happy and relatively independent.  In fact, his caregivers, especially Margie, Tessie, Eva, and Olga, enriched his final months, for which I am very grateful.  Truly, Starlight is as good as can be at providing top-notch professional in-home care!

I have engaged StarLight CareGivers twice to take care of my aging parents. The 1st time was for in-home help as my parents were still living by themselves. The 2nd time, which was in late 2021/early 2022, StarLight provided round the clock assistive care as my father transitioned from nursing home back to his apartment. The care team was caring and kept good records of daily routines and transmitted the info to my sister and I daily. The care period was during the Covid Delta surge where mom and dad's senior home had very strict antigen test requirements for outsiders. There were good communications between the care team and my sister and I, and they jumped through the hoops to find appropriate caregivers when dad contracted Covid at the senior home. StarLight made sure there were no coverage disruptions. My father has Alzheimer's and was not used to care givers other than mom. The caregivers from StarLight were patient and resourceful and was able to handle dad and provided the care he needed. I couldn't say enough good things about StarLight. If you need care for your loved ones, I recommend strongly you consider StarLight.

The team at StarLight are not only professional and efficient at what they do, but show alot of kindness and care. Each individual caregiver that we had to deal with showed such personal attention. In addition, their coordinating team was so effective in taking care of things that needed urgency and they were very resourceful. Our family has used the services of Starlight Caregivers to provide care for our 91 year old mother who has Alzheimer’s and lives alone. We began part time and by the time we moved mom to a memory care facility they provided care for her 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What we value most about Starlight is their integrity. Over 2 years they have NEVER had an issue covering a shift. Let me remind you that this all occurred during the COVID 19 pandemic while staffing shortages were a real challenge!
We have had several long term care givers and Starlight worked diligently to provide consistency. If there was ever an issue we were able to communicate quickly and efficiently in order to come up with a solution.
Recently mom had hip surgery and once again we turned to Starlight to provide night care while she is recovering in a rehabilitation facility. I highly recommend Starlight Caregivers for anyone seeking quality care for their loved one!

We would like to thank Angel and the caregivers at Starlight for helping us with our 85 year old mother. We had a sudden and difficult transition in moving Mom from the East Coast back to Northern California; this was complicated by a bad fall, which broke her ankle. Mom needed to finish recuperating here at our house, while we prepared her new permanent living facility. During this time, we had Starlight provide twice weekly support for bathing and other personal support. Reaching out for help for Mom was the right call! The caregivers were wonderful and gave us a much needed respite from round-the-clock support availability. We highly recommend Starlight Caregivers to anyone who is dealing with a similar situation.
