Itā€™s unfortunate that I have paid in advance for such horrible customer service. My mother is older and it takes time to get to the door sometimes the deliver personal isnā€™t heard so they just leave. The last time was this past Friday. Several times this has happened. Then when I call it in the receptionist has the most indifferent attitude that just makes me so disappointed in the entire organizationā€¦ she remind me of the the cleaner lady, Consuela, from Family Guy. Literallyā€¦ she might as well say ā€œno no no, Lemon pledgeā€ in her responses because it would literally make no differenceā€¦

I would be upset, but as I stated before Iā€™m just so disappointed that this type of people are in this field. They donā€™t belong helping the elderly if they have no genuine interest in the elderly or their care.

The organization on the other hand is wonderfulā€¦

If you like me when I cook I burn myself but meals on Wheels brings me my meals and actually they're good meals and they're you know they go to my dietary conditions bland diet all the way but you may have a different type and they'll adjust to you too so call them meals on Wheels I recommend them for anybody that has a terminal illness or just an illness. Cancer whatever they are the people to go to they're nice friendly and their service is very good
