BEWARE. Worst apartment management ever. Will deny your application for an apartment, for using a mailing address of a property they own ( i have family living at one of their properties) and claim its against there policy to use that as an address, when it never said that anywhere on the application i signed. What if someone is homeless Did you guys ever think of that?
Also I have reliable income and your first thought would be "Hey, we should get this guy an apartment and take this guys money." Right WRONG. Instead they act like clowns and deny my application 🤡🤡🤡 and claim i should have left the mailing address blank WHEN IT DOESNT SAY TO anywhere on the page.
Also to make matters worse I was the one and only one applying. No one else. They freaking call my grandma to let me know i was denied. WHO DOES THAT? I PUT MY NUMBER DOWN!! NOT HERS! These guys are straight 🤡🤡🤡 They act and pretend like they care but they dont.

Absolutley unconscionable character. I have seen them destroy more people, some of which are dead now, than they have helped.
What they claim and what they do are not the same. their mission statement and values are lies as they do not engage in behavior or conduct of those claims. They claim to help and care about people and social justice yet are incapable of reasonable communication while intentionally causing problems by refusing payment and not actually doing anything for veterans. VetLift is an absolute abomination and the case managers that pose as an advocate for the veteran dont do anything. The only thing they do is communicate what SVdP wants or needs and the wellbeing of the veterans is secondary to anything property management wants or needs. In fact the case manager facilitated in preventing veteran from maintaining hous by not communicating the truth and obfuscating the information so the veteran would have no chance stay. They have made mire veterans homeless than I have seen them help.

Dennis Carey, Travis Biggs, and Dave B. were amazing and made my donating experience awesome! These men autograph their work with excellence and I am so grateful!
Also, I looked up St. Vincent de Paul's story and this organization and I will now donate more to this incredible organization! Thanks again to David, Dennis, and Travis! My cup runneth over!

Pretty good selection of clothing & sometimes glassware. Nice couches and tables also. However, many of these items are WAY over-priced for being used or gently-used. Sometimes I can purchase a brand new tea cup and saucer set at TJ for $6.99-$7.99. Sometimes here they want that much for just one cup. I saw a pair of shoes there yesterday that were in fair to middle-poor condition marked for $19? Maybe it was a mistake?

If I could give this place zero stars I would they support “predators” as the front desk worded it when I came in for help with clothes with my niece. I won’t be supporting st Vincent DePaul ever they are the worse social services around!

Every other Thursday the store managers have their meeting here on Chad Drive. They decided what customers are groovy enough to deserve to be in their stores among other things. Don't get blacklisted. I, for instance, was a customer at all the local stores for 20 years and spent a sick amount of money there. I'm not sure what they can legally get away with, but if they see you as an undesirable, they will denigrate you and treat you like you're subhuman for years. I've had employees literally shake their heads when I walk in the stores because they can't believe I would be allowed to go inside. This is all based on appearance. I am always polite and courteous to everyone. I am very straight edge and never do drugs or alcohol or engage in any type of crime. I never steal. But this isn't good enough. They have to find people to blame for their stolen merchandise and security issues in their stores, and a long time customer who fits the profile of a bad apple will be treated accordingly. Sometimes I would start to make friends with new employees then two weeks later they'll start following me around, refuse to talk to me, and call me sir in an extremely condescending way. Stay strong customers. You could make it years as a St. Vinnies shopper. I put in 20 hard ones.

Seriously the prices are more than retail stores. Items are being sold as if they are antiques. A simple vase - $89.00. A simple outside table with no umbrella $500. Are you crazy. You can buy a brand new, entire set for that. So much for helping the poor get things they otherwise couldn't afford.

There’s a serious lack of intervention between admin/onsite management and offending tenants when victim tenants are undergoing harassment in SVDP projects. There is also a strong sense of apathy and indifference that is shown from admin/management regarding it. Harassment is allowed to continue unabated until the legal system is invoked, and after which the offending parties are allowed to continue on as a consequence of victim tenant attempting to stop mistreatment after management has done nothing themselves to end it. Very disappointing practice, would be nice to have a residence switch between management and victim tenants so management can enjoy the same mistreatment that victim tenants do… maybe then they’d do their jobs and fix the problem. And you spend your hard earned money renting at a place that doesn’t have your better interest in mind when YOU are the customer!! You have the right to peaceful enjoyment of your property, and by paying rent it is by default your property until said agreement is null and void. Do better SVDP, but I doubt you will. 👎
