My daughter (almost 4) has been going to St. Francis for several years, and over that time I have been amazed by her teachers, and the other staff. Her current teacher, Ms. Stephanie, has done so much to help encourage her growth as a student and support her growth as a child. She references things that she has learned all the time at home, and even when she does something wrong, she says that it was a "red choice instead of green." I'm excited to see her continue to grow and learn when she transitions into kindergarten in the new year.

My experience with Stfcc
In the beginning it was full of the wrong information on how they ran the daycare but they changed and was very helpful and worked with me on the 5th week of the month which was extra!
My granddaughter loves her teachers and they are very supportive and helpful with her. I have witnessed her teachers redirect her with play!
I have golds for my granddaughter and the staff is very hands on with her learning!

St. Francis Children's Center (SFCC) offers exceptional childcare. Over the past 6 years, 3 of our children have attended from infancy through pre-K. The quality of staff and programming continues to impress us. The facility is best in class with several large indoor play spaces, perfect for Wisconsin winters. SFCC is growing its presence in the North Shore as a leader in early childhood education.

We toured and got on the waitlist for daycare at Saint Francis a year in advance of when we’d enroll our child. At the time we toured, we were confirmed a spot for the timeframe needed and for a 3-day schedule. At that time, we were told to confirm our start and details 1-2 months in advance of our start date. Thankfully, after our baby was born in August, we reached out because when we reached out, we found out that there is new management and there isn’t a spot for our child and that they wouldn’t accommodate part-time schedules. That was all communicated unprofessionally and was only communicated because we were proactive. This put our family in a terrible spot scrambling to get on other waitlists and we likely won’t have a spot for our child in the timeframe needed. Poor communication, lack of organization and poor management - avoid.
