The SLS program is Unprofessional. No clear or consistent communication. All office personnel don’t follow through and they are ghetto. I’ve heard the way they talk about clients and other staff members. They’ve used racist terms and constantly use profanity. Things constantly get forgotten about. The clients seem like a burden to them and they make them feel that way. If you value the person who has a disability or you value your own self respect you will NOT associate with this agency.

I live next door to one of the homes for several years on Lochridge, they are always blocking our driveway, using our driveway as if it is there's, and sometimes play music loudly in the middle of the night, and call us angry people when we confounded them about it, and today 3/5/21 a worker claimed to work for the police but refused to show us her badge she was wearing. We have tried to call the company and the phone just rings with no voice-mail answering. And no one seems to come over to make sure the people living there are being care for.

If I could give it a negative stars I would has anyone already contacted a lawyer if so plz share info if not I will contact one on my own sometimes it is better to have 1 lawyer representing all the people taking action against them
