I am so extremely frustrated with this store. I’ve been going back and forth with the store to resolve an issue that they created. I really feel like they do not have a good grasp on their services because they gave me a lot of false information that customer support told me was wrong. They ended up disconnecting my services once they got tired of trying to fix my problem, I guess. I did not ask for it to be disconnected. And I was working with a sales associate AND a supervisor. I have tried to go above the supervisor but am not being helped. When I originally asked for a supervisor, they didn’t even want to come out to speak with me. I was floored! Customer support online and by phone has been extremely helpful! I suggest calling them and avoid going into this store at all costs. If I can give zero stars, I would.

The staff at the store(Lorena and Maria) were extremely helpful and patient. We experienced trouble with another line when we tried to switch to spectrum and the staff stood up for us. Although it took more than an hour to be able to get the information needed to switch to spectrum, the staff made the process much easier and smoother then it would have been without their help.

Maria helped me out by changing my 7 mobile phone line to spectrum. Thank you Maria you really helped me out lot. Especially the fact with t-mobile I was paying over $400 bucks with all devices paid off. Now I’m only paying $180 bucks.

Customer service is okay but the wait is very long. Seems like the manager doesn't know what he's doing. He stands around and doesn't help customer, even when there's empty customers service counters. I'd rather drive further away to do my business then to go there!

I needed my WiFi and phone repaired. I called Spectrum/my provider. I got a service technician/Ricardo the same day. He did a great job in replacing my modem/router. He was courteous and very focused while completing the service. I’m very happy with the service I received. I recommend Spectrum to other people.

During the time I have been there, the representatives have been very nice helpful, and even sweet ?
The place is nice, and clean and actually can be a bit relaxing if you sit on their sofa to watch TV ? ? ? ?
