Beautiful church. The pastor loves the Word of God and it shows. He takes his mission of taking care of his flock very seriously. This church is filled with wonderful people who are friendly and welcoming. If you're looking to connect with a church family and learn from God's Word then this is the place for you.

I have been going since 2001 and grew up in this Church. I've seen it change in many new and wonderful ways. The Pastoral staff and the helpers take their roles seriously in delivering the Gospel of Christ to the young and the old in ways each can understand. The variety of music comes from old hymns and new contemporary songs allow every age group to be able to enjoy worship time. The worship songs relate the the message led by the Pastor as well.

A great church filled with great people. The pastoral staff is very involved with the congregation and they focus on teaching the word as it is written, instead of manipulating it to fit certain situations. There are a ton of ways to get involved ranging from mission trips, to the children's ministry, to disaster relief. Sunday school classes are available for all stages of life. I highly recommend this church to all who are looking to grow in their relationship with God.

The complete Word is taught and preached here unapologetically. There is something for every age. Great church for families and individuals. Wonderful kids' programs, active youth group, bible studies, and opportunities to serve our Savior in missions locally and abroad. Love my church!

Very nice church to go to very friendly. If you like fresh vegetables you can stop by every Thursday this month from 3pm to 6pm for a free vegetables box check Facebook first to make sure that they are still doing this. I also went to the Parade of Tables one year for Breast Cancer Survivors and they fix a meal for all of the Survivors

I loved going there when I was growing up. This church helped me throughout my years of school of evangelism and preaching. In the praying part of it. I also got my first preaching sermon done there. Thanks to Pastor Livingston when he was there also Pastor Watts.

South River is such a great church to be a part of. Pastor Chris Thompson preaches the Word (2 Tim. 4:2) without apology, and he speaks the truth in love (Eph. 4:15). There are plenty of opportunities to serve for people of all ages. Our Awana program is top-notch, with an average of around 100 kids every week, and Leaders who love the Lord, and are equipped and eager to lead kids to Christ. We just had our first annual Pinewood Derby event and it was a great success. Our Youth program is great, with Pastor Rob Gleason leading our Youth toward a closer walk with Christ and a heart of service for Him. Our congregation is loving and welcoming, and consists of all ages. Our Sunday School program is excellent, with a class for everyone. Our doors are wide open to anyone.
