The Soul Connections Community Center was the first place I came across when arriving to Mount Shasta. I wanted to find somewhere I can continue my healing journey and deepen my connection to myself and divine source with the support of others. I was welcomed with open hearts (and arms) and have been fully supported every step since I walked into the beautiful space. There are classes going on all throughout the week such as breathework, hatha yoga, and other healing modalities. Truly something for every being. Soul Connections Community Center is a home where all beings can shine their unique light through their gifts.
