Watched the Kenai brown bears hockey team play and it had to be the best hockey game I've ever seen in my entire life and I grew up in Detroit watching the Red wings.

The first ice hocky game we came to we were overdressed because the seating area is not very cold. The arena is a wonderful facility. We are still trying different seating spots to see where we can see all the angles of the rink. It's always exciting to see the Brown Bears play.

The sports expo held here is a blast! It's nice to see all these business's have to offer Alaska; and it's a great opportunity for networking, with fundraising for the local community.

My kid and I took skating lessons here recently. Not once did anybody make fun of me, or make me feel uncomfortable, for not ever having been on skates. Thanks for that guys! Really.

We loved all of our instructors and had a great time. You get 7 lessons, free skate rental and 3 or 4(?) free open skate times included. Only thing is you have to use them before your lessons are over. Nobody told me that but it's fine as it's only like 10 bucks to skate.
My 4 year old wants add "I love skating!" Ha- thanks again Coach Bugs and fam.

This is a professional ice arena, it is very good that it is available for public skating. After each event, a special machine cleans and renews the ice. This is a great place to exercise and includes a small but well-stocked sporting goods store. There you can buy skates, sharpen them and bake them.
