They do not care about their actual exhibitors at all. They hide behind a caring front of non-profit and good deeds, and then cut their vendor family from the floor, through no fault of their own and with ZERO explanation. Greed has oversold the floor to corporations, and displaced HUNDREDS of artists and exhibitors for 2024. We have exhibited for 8 years, and I wouldn't even know they waitlisted us, if I hadn't found a phone number to call, where they RUDELY and matter of factly told me I was waitlisted. They erroneously had us all holding dates for MONTHS, assuring rebooks by end of February via emails. The floor has been sold out for weeks, yet still they have sent NO INFO on waitlists. They left us all for dead in an industry that requires us to book our shows, up to a full year in advance. The loss of this show is now affecting the income of SO MANY, with no recourse. And they have no care or apologies. As of 2/15/24, they STILL have not properly notified ANY of the waitlisted exhibitors, and their priority point system, has not been upheld. If they can betray loyal exhibitors like this, with zero warning or care, you're setting your own self up if you support them.

Outside look like any regular little office, but inside is how a group of ragtag anime passionate staff run the largest anime con in America.
