Can't even make an appointment because they said my issue didn't warrant a interview. Got approved in September they already paid my attorney but I am still waiting on my backpay. Call them every week given a different excuse. Don't ask for a supervisor they don't have one. Left her 3 messages starting 3 months ago. Still no reply. What a joke.

They laugh at the Deaf.
My husband needed a new SSC, so we went to whatever was closest in Tulsa to do it.
The security guy that was there told us to stand, and wait for our turn. My husband went through the metal detector first, and then I was going to wait my turn.
The other security guy was trying to get my attention, apparently, but I couldn't hear him due to my clinical hard of hearing that I've had since I was a kid. (If I'm not looking at you, my hearing goes down significantly.)
The first security guy that directed us pointed out that the other was trying to get my attention, and when I followed his orders, the walls echoed with his laugh.
Way to make me feel embarrassed, and ashamed of something I can't control.
I can see why this place gas a 1.9 star at the time of writing this review.

The SSA office is in the old East Gate shopping mall with an outside entrance facing 21st Street. The office is new and spacious with waiting chairs and bathrooms. You still must wear a mask. The security is like an airport. Nothing in your pockets and everything is searched. You must walk through a metal detector. Then take a number by inputting your SSN. The wait was about 20 minutes with the queue moving quickly. The agents are very professional. They may require two forms of picture IDs. I has an appeal issue and put all the information of a one page overview which helped in the discussion. I also had copies of the history that I turned over for the follow up. I was impressed with the experience and the support. It is a well managed facility.

Make sure you show up early, doors open at 8:30 they start processing at 9:00. We got there at7:30 and the line was already wrapped around the courtyard. But they are pretty quick once you get in the doors. Masks are still required and you will have to go through a security screening.

Got here early, long line outside, moving slowly, unfortunately they are still spacing seats fast apart so they can only fit half as much as they could. Expect to wait out in the heat.

Can’t even call them without an automated phone call that doesn’t even work correctly. Then get up to the office to find out they’re closed.
