I work with a few companies as a creator and Social Native is easily the best. You get to work with huge brands like Coke so it helps build your brand as an influencer
I don't understand some of the reviews on here because any time I've reached out the support has been great and very clear. Follow the guidelines and you get paid, do good on one campaign and they'll keep coming back.

I wouldn’t recommend them as an influencer. I worked hard on a campaign, had trouble loading my videos, so Aless told me to send her the videos directly and she would approve. She approved and told me to post so I did. Then I kept getting emails from social native saying I never submitted my videos. I contacted Aless multiple times, she kept telling me she’d get back to me and never did. So I contacted Social Native and then sent me back to Aless! And she said I never submitted my videos... I was very confused. That being said I did the work for them but did not get paid on my end. After that I haven’t worked them. The pay is really, really bad and I feel they take advantage of influencers. They have the strictest guide lines and will ask you to re shoot over and over for a $50 dollar campaign. Totally ridiculous

I have very bad experience with Social Native. I wasn’t get paid for campaign last year. I spent my time, money to complete that campaign. And didn’t get even explanation why. Their website didn’t work properly that time - but it is not my fault!
Right now I had two campaigns with them. One with Honest baby wipes video and another about Copper vision campaign. With honest baby wipes they keep rejecting my videos for no reason like “ not enough light video”, “video is not too fun”😮
They cancelled my Copper vision campaign for no reason then.
It is clearly that influencers have no rights here?!

The worst platform I ever worked with.
I had barely completed 4 campaigns with them, as well as rejected 3 campaigns pending. Their payment is usually 90% lower than market prices and for those money they will drive you nuts. I was asked
- to make a baseball stadium look more "baseball-themed"
- to blur every name and letter other than that of a brand I am supposed to advertise - their preferred style is "product on blank wall"
- there is zero communication with the brand and they just keep sending you rejected content and requests to "reshoot in 24h"
- the list of your MUST for a photo is like 20 points
- their website is non responsive and not user friendly, my campaigns come and disappear completely randomly

Just save your nerves and work with other platforms - there are plenty of those!

I have a good experience with Social Native in the past few months. They got bigger now and it gets more confusing for the campaign deadlines. I wasted time, effort, and money on this what so called epic videp campaign that is due 10/23/17 I logged into my social native account and about to upload the picture and It says campaign already full? And campaign already expired? Why is it like that, you put deadlines on your campaigns and you invite people and suddenly you'll just change the guidelines just like that. I'm extremely disappointed.

As an Influncer, this agency is okay if you're still trying to grow your brand and social media audience but other than that, I wouldn't recommend. The only good thing about this agency is that they work with a lot of well-known companies and you get free stuff but other than that, you don't get paid enough for the work you create and they are VERY strict about the content you turn in. If you don't do exactly what they say your content will not get approved which in my opinion defeats the purpose of being a CONTENT CREATOR.

Post update. Within about 2 hours of my review they contacted me. It still wasn't very helpful because they told me to just email. Which I what I had already done. But it looks like the issue has been taken care of so 👍.
..

I will change my review once the issue is settled. But I was chosen for a campaign as a creator with this company, I posted on time and correctly but their website software didn't read my post correctly so it considered my post null. I tried contacting the company in 3 different ways and have had no luck getting in touch. I would hope they would figure out a way to be contacted easier so this wouldn't be such an unfortunate mishap

This company is a total disgrace: the jobs they offer, offer bare minimum payment to the influencer but the biggest shocker came in when I took my “diamond” ring- provided as form of payment, to an appraiser to find out that it is cubic zirconia and silver coated and gold yet I was hired by social native to promote the most honest diamond business. That feeling when you know someone robbed a piece of you! I want nothing to do with this company, the rock her jewelry diamond business and I advise you do not as well!
