If I could give this after care program a zero, I would. This facility is currently threatening to remove my child from the program because I advised the CEO, Patricia Cousins, to advise staff not to take a temperature reading or Covid Screening of my child without parental consent. She informed me that she was empowered to do so but would not provide me with a specific policy that allows staff to take a temperature reading of a minor without consent. This policy only started when I made a complaint.

The manager of the facility unilaterally decided to take a temperature reading of my seven year old year child without consent. She also conducted a COVID screening on my child without parental consent. A practice that was never done in the past.
