Great store, fresh produce and meat, clean and friendly. Not enough Cashiers on duty forcing you to checkout your own groceries and bag them. Checkout took 30 minutes. Homeless standing in front of both doors begging for money and cigarettes. Really shit area!

I just love Smith’s. They have so many good specials. Did you know you can buy 2 -12 pack of soda and get three free at times buy two bags of chips and get three chips free. I know the prices are going up everywhere but I think it’s a great deal.

Today I went to the store and received above and beyond excellent customer service from Penny and Jordan. They really made my day easier and I appreciate that. Thank you so much for holding my groceries in the cart while I stepped out of line to grab 2 other items. You both rock!!! Keep up the great work and I will see you guys soon. This Smith and Silverado Mountain Parkway is awesome. Employees are the greatest. They’re always willing to help you whatever you need. However, you need it any given time very very helpful. I really like this miss a lot. I hang out on that corner a lot too that Charleston Decatur are my two favorite corners, maybe I’ll see you guys out there one day who knows but I’m there a lot there’s a lot of things on that corner McDonald’s Chevron a lot of things on that corner. Very clean nice customer service. The less than 15 items line actually makes sure you only have that much. Otherwise you either get it okeyed by the cashier or you have to go to the regular lane. It's designed for people not to cheat the system.

Best continuously stocked fresh fruit and veg at comfortable prices, sometimes extremely discounted if you use the APP and clip coupons. I also enjoy that smiths never looks at me strange for loading up my strollers storage shelf of items I'll be purchasing. I find it so difficult to push my stroller safe and carry a basket or push another item such as the carriage. Walmart follows me like I'm stealing everytime I use my strollers shelf for items. No one once eye balls me like I'm stealing for using my shelf. THANK YOU FOR BEING KIND AND TRUSTING! I'd always allow a full search but it's so refreshing to be treated like what I am, a paying appreciative customer that lives in the neighborhood on the strip simply getting my groceries and supplies.
I have had produce customer service reps look in the back before and they were so polite to peek that all the grapes were gone. As well during a huge chicken sale it seemed all was gone, I asked the butcher if any may be in back and he found more for me.
This store is friendly, appreciates their customers, do a great job restocking, and go the extra mile to peek for you in back.
PRO TIP. The deli carries every so often a chicken salad that you must try out for a cracker topping during holidays or a delicious sandwich. It's my fave in house made item, besides the sugar cookies.
Definitely suggest this store for families and if you're needing low crowd hours I find 9am to be just perfect. Other moms shopping, fresh everything coming out, slower paced patient elderly folks. It's a great time to shop with space and peace.

Yesterday, we had spent the whole day on our feet and we were cold, tired, hungry and eager to just head home.

Robert at Smith's is just a great guy! Patient, diligent, helpful and cheerful and makes you feel that you're glad to have made that call to make that extra trip to Smith's instead of just heading straight home.

He really is a great asset to the Company!

Shopping Kart locked on me. I couldn't take it out of the store. I asked security to unlock the wheels so I could take the groceries to the car, and I got no help. Security told me to hold on. I'll get someone with a key. I waited 45 minutes, and NOBODY came. I had to make multiple trips carrying the groceries to the car. I had to have my dad wait with the Shopping kart while I made took the groceries to the car.
