These guys deliver 5 star services to their clients. The hours are hard but the job over all is fun. They have recently implemented more programs for the clients and they clients love that. A few home bodies don't but most of them really love not being stuck at home all day every day. This company is doing great things for the I/DD community.

My son is a resident at Sisso house. It’s been around 4 years now. He’s grown into a young man. He’s lost around 120 lbs. he has severe non-verbal autism. He’s learned so much. He’s comfortable there , it’s his home. The staff, ceo , all the people connected With my son is a god send. They show him love,, patience and understanding. Very professional and caring people .. Amen to all siso employees,, staff,,
ceo and People involved. Thank you for loving,, helping my son grow , and never giving up on him. Love you all. JTS. 😁

Terribly abusive towards clients in any and every way possible (financially, physically, emotionally, spiritually). Lost many homes but able to survive off of falsified documentation and lies.

Its only the strong will make it also only work 16 houres on rare occasion if a cold worker calls out some one volunteers pick up the shift or you're staying if no one calls out you have your 8 hours

Doesn’t allow their employees to call in sick for the first 91 days. I would be wary of any company that treats their employees like that.
