I had booked a date three months before our party, we went to look at the inside & everything. She forgot that she was meeting us the first time, no biggie there. The day we met her, the lady literally put us down for said date in her calendar on her phone & said we got it. I asked when I needed to pay the deposit, she said to pay her the day of the party or whenever I turn the keys in.. I should have known better to get something written on paper from her. That day she explained that I could get the keys that week on Monday so I could start cleaning/decorating it. So, I messaged her on Sunday asking when I could get them... to my surprise - she gave me two other dates she had available. I immediately knew she had messed up somewhere. I explained to her that I already had a date booked, & she said she didn’t have me down. My invitations had went out three weeks before, so I started calling guests right away & then I had to call around trying to find a new location to have my daughters birthday party. All I got in a text message was, ‘I’m sorry’. I asked her if she could please call me & she said she would... well, I never did heard from her. I was polite the whole time... before even booking I looked at the reviews & read where everyone has had a good experience booking here. Well, I did not. I have yet to hear from this lady, & I don’t think I ever will. If you decide to book from her, please get something written on paper! I definitely learned from this & I hope no one else goes through it.

A great place full of great family oriented people. Very tight as far as neighborhood watch goes. Different for sure if your not from here you may feel a little out of place.

Price is decent, but it he not been cleaned up from a party an entire month earlier. The location is less than desirable. All in all, if you have no other options this will do, but I will try to find and other place first.
