My mother needed rehab six years ago after spine surgery. She had a positive outcome the first time she was here, so when she needed rehab again for a complicated ankle fracture, we selected Silver Bluff again. Many of the staff were the same from her first stay and remembered my mother. She received genuine care and concern from the staff. The faculty has been well maintained and was very clean. She enjoyed the food and the rehab she received was outstanding. She still needed continued rehab, but unfortunately the way the Medicare guidelines are currently, she had to be moved to an assisted/long term care location. We would recommended Silver Bluff Rehab to others based on our two experiences.

Never been there looking for an assisted living place and rehab I'm a rather large person who need extra help with my hoyer lift and
barriatric commode and need extra care at this time. And don't make you take the covid shot.

Without going into great detail, I just others to know this. My one week stay has haunted me to this day. I had sent a letter, then talked with the administrator and waited on a response before making any comments. The reply made it even more clear as to the problems here.
I was in pain for the first 60 hours(weekend) because of nurses either poorly-trained or incapable of assessing a patient's needs. A nurse came in on Monday and corrected the medicine. They refused to call the doctor after me requesting and I was stuck without recourse. The lack of compassion was astounding. 😞

My grandad was in the rehab unit after a short stay in the hospital. He received excellent care from all of the nursing staff and rehab staff.
