They use donations for solicitations and gift offers through emails and USPS. I prefer organizations that use donations for advocacy and programs.

Appreciate their cause. But when I called about a fraudulent charge from them on my credit card, the office girl was so unexpectedly rude. Truly good companies don’t usually have such awful people on their staff. And they weren’t even surprised when I called about a fraudulent charge. Maybe it’s just me, but as far as I know, most people who steal credit card info, don’t use it to make donations….

Wasteful, with the USPS mailings. They send thick envelopes 3-4 times a year, wasting time, money, paper, and fuel to deliver. The last envelope even had a nickel attached to it to make you want to open their spam. SO wasteful, hard to believe it is coming from Sierra Club. Makes me wish I never donated to them years ago.

Although I liked their pro-nature cause,
they send a RIDICULOUS amount of SPAM.

Even worse, after several attempts to unsubscribe both electronically OR by snail-mail (I even sent them my weekly spam to taste how it feels) - I still get more cute animal picture to try emotionally black mail me.

A great nonprofit that does great things. They're the nation's oldest and largest grassroots environmental organization. We wouldn't have national parks without the Sierra Club. I love the people here and I love what they stand for.

As a Native American I would not support this group. Save your money, they use your money to deny people the right to use the land responsibly. If you want to make an environmental impact support another organization.

Its so pretty! I went there for a Sunrise Movement training. I loved how all the workers have 'Stranger Things' posters on their desks.
