Wonderful experience! Highly recommend. Great views. The property is modern, clean, and beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The people were great. And they are the closest lodge to the ski park so we were first up the mountain!

We had a great stay at Shasta View Lodge. We chose this Lodge because of its close proximity to Shasta Ski Park. It's only about 5 minutes from the Ski Park entrance making it super convenient to get there early for first tracks!! I appreciated the great decor, cozy wood burning fireplace and of course the soft sheets!! I'd highly recommend it.

Stayed here with some friends for a ski trip and was super happy with the whole experience. Our cabin was really clean and comfortable, only 15 min to the mountain (the closest we could find) - and the views were stunning. We’ll definitely be rebooking next year.

A very nice and cozy place with a great view in the backyard but not in the front, there was a gas station and a main road (which was surprisingly quiet). All plates and cutlery were nice and the washing machine along with the dryer were in great shape. The towels were a bit dirty having light brown spots on them but otherwise a great place to stay, fitting a lot of people.

This place was great. We stayed here in the dead of winter over the holidays while visiting family in McCloud. The rooms were big and clean. The check in and check out process was easy. However there are a few things it would be nice to see them implement. There could be more light in the parking area. The rooms need Hangers for clothing. And the room we stayed in, Cabin #2, could have used more heat. Otherwise, we had a completely comfortable stay and will use this place again when we return. The rooms must have been recently remodeled, and the bed was huge.

Had an incredible time staying at Shasta View Lodge! I can't recommend it enough. It was the perfect location, very close to the Ski Park and it was an awesome place for a larger groups. We will definitely go back soon!!!

We held our wedding at Shasta View Lodge and loved it! It was so much fun renting the entire lodge out and having a portion of our guests stay together. Our ceremony was so beautiful with a view of the mountain in the background. The property managers were very helpful and the local businesses who supported us were amazing. Shasta View Lodge is a fantastic place to stay AND hold a special event.

I love the area around McCloud and this was a wonderful place to stay. Room was super cute and clean. I really like the full size bathroom and the gas fireplace, which was in addition to the radiator/heater. We were super nice and cozy despite the winter temperatures outside. The lodge really does have a phenomenal view of Mt Shasta. I appreciated the common area with bbqs - without much food options in the remote area, we enjoyed having the option to cook up something ourselves. Location was also great, easy to get to the Mt Shasta Ski park, Snowman's Hill, and lakes and camping nearby. Finally, other guests were nice and quiet and the road noise was minimal, if any at all. My family and I really enjoyed it.
