3 stars. I would have given 5 stars but they seated me in the radial flow tank when I specifically asked for a table in the ballasted sedimentation tank. I had brought my in-laws and it was so embarrassing because they had already seen the radial flow tank on our previous visit. At least the manager was kind enough to give us a complimentary sampler of vitrified clay pipe with gravity-filtered particles, so not a total loss.

update 4/27/2022: 5 stars. A wise person once said, the more stones in your trickle filter, the better your secondary treatment process. And you know what? That person was RIGHT! 5 stars for everyone!
