Not helpful at all, they're rude to anyone who's not their kind, the food pantry is a joke, the things being donated are being sold in there, It's for low income individuals but they're not giving it out to the needy like they should. Shame on them.

I'm a disabled senior citizen who can't afford rent so I live in my truck and I don't want a dumpster dinner I want the pantry so I can be in some respects self sufficient. Even though I have proper documentation that I'm from corona I am not eligible because I'm not a home owner. This is discrimination not Christianity. I wouldn't piss on this place if it was on fire. If a brother asks you for a drink of water you don't give him a stone. You will have to answer to God one day.

This is a nice little thrift store, I enjoy going here when I can. I usually find some goods. The women are friendly enough. The prices are good depending on what day you go down and what you want to purchase.

Not sure who is in charge but the gal in the front office needs a attitude adjustment. She doesn't explain anything. She seems irritated with her job. Little kindness goes further than nastyness

This well-intentioned outreach program needs to upgrade their training programs for their employees. I know two women who "were treated like dirt" ( their words) at the Settlement House. Their employees should be aware that human dignity is to be valued at all costs. I no longer donate to any institutions that do not treat everyone fairly and compassionately.
