Nice place in the chill area of Fairfield. Inside is always clean and organized with a cool security guard up front. The waiting room on the second floor is also nice good lighting and couches and stuff to sit on while you wait. And I usually don't ever wait long once I get there they pretty fast. 💯 Thankyou.☮️💚

I want to express my deep appreciation to Tizeta, Rachel, Ana, Kelly (both), Jasmine, etc (START PROGRAM IN SF EAST BAY AREA.), who helped my daughter and my family DURING CRISES with Unconditional Care support. They were always there for you, with a warm heart and great professionalism. I contacted many other government and non-profit agencies for help, and only Seneca was offering the UNCONDITIONAL CARE COMMITMENT, going through with the most difficult time in our life.
