We were here for 2 weeks while my mother in law was at Wake Forest Baptist Memorial due to a car accident. My father in law passed away in the accident and she was in critical condition. SECU house was a blessings! Our room was gorgeous and clean. The beds so comfortable. The staff treated us so kind. The food that was served was delicious and so appreciated. THE THERAPY DOGS WERE MY FAVORITE PART OF THE STAY! The dogs and their owners are so pleasant. We are so grateful to everyone. It really was bittersweet when we left.

If I could give the SECU house in Winston-Salem Salem more stars, it would get them. When a loved one is hospitalized and family needs to be nearby, a person could not ask for a better place to stay than The House. Caring, friendly and supportive staff is always available to take care of any need at a very affordable rate. This place is a Blessing.

What a great place for those who have loved ones in the Winston Salem hospitals. My husband stayed there while I had surgery done. It was clean, comfortable and safe, and way more than we expected!

My mom and I stayed at the SECU Family house in December 2013 when my dad has surgery at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Mom and I felt very safe here. There was a huge Christmas tree made out of teddy bears that made everyone smile. They had a group come in and sing Christmas music and almost every evening someone was there with meals. Our home is about 3 hours away from the hospital so going home each day was not an option. We really appreciate the SECU Family house and everything they did to make us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. Rooms were clean, the whole facility was very clean, parking lot was very well lit. SECU Family house was just minutes away from the hospital.
