I contacted this dealer and had multiple text exchanges, emails, and even a FaceTime without no introduction or name of who I was dealing with. Very unprofessional behavior. During the FaceTime, I would ask a question and he kept telling me it was perfect which upon closer examination was NOT true. Trust is something that has to be earned. It does not come on a silver platter unless one is naive or dumb. I'm neither. This dealer does not understand this especially from someone who has been buying cars and worked on them for over 20 years.

Deception is a systemic problems in used car sales and this dealer should be more sensitive to this concern and less cavalier. Additionally, there is not much info on this company. They kept asking me to come down there some 2 hours away which only erodes trust. Instead of using sales tactics, they should be more transparent. Overall, it was below reasonable standards.

I recently purchased a Mercedes from S-AutoGroup, and my experience quickly turned into a major disappointment. Not only did they sell me a car with a check engine light that appeared just days after purchase, but Damir also blatantly lied about the condition of the vehicle.

Shortly after the purchase, I discovered a significant water leak in the trunk folowing a rainy day. I had pointed out explicitly some moisture i noticed in the trunk when looking at the vehicle but he asured me that it was resedue from him washing the vehicle. It's appalling that he would deceive customers in such a manner, just to make a quick sale. When i tried to reach out over text, he never responded to my complaint.

I urge anyone considering buying a car from S-AutoGroup to think twice. The lack of honesty and integrity is beyond unacceptable.

They get a second star because they gave a "good" deal on a car I bought here. Long story short though, I bought a 2012 mustang GT in May. In June it broke down and needs a new engine. Cost of repairs equal the cost of the car, and unfortunately I have to take the hit because they don't offer a warranty (which is against California law) because either they knew the damage to the engine was there and sold it anyway, or they just failed to get the car inspected before selling and mentioning the collision damage to the car.
