Completed renewal documents with them and was told they would send off my application after it is reviewed by the lawyer. I called a month later to confirm my documents were mailed in, however, I had to call daily for 14 days in a row until I got a response. I also got a new attorney, who helped me reach out for a response. After almost 2 months, I was told my documents hadn't been mailed out yet although the deadline was approaching. I was never warned it would take them weeks to mail out my documents and was under the impression they would send them out asap since they were time sensitive and made them aware of this. This whole process was made so much stressful by “getting support” from this program. Never coming back here nor recommending it to others.

Very helpful staff, well except for the receptionist she is always with a frown in her face. Not a helpful person. She wanted to give me attitude, and intimidate me into choosing a appointment. Went the next day she asked in a rude way why I had not made an appointment, I said I had not chose a date because she had told me to go the next day and ask if they could see me. I was told that, she probably was looking at the wrong calender because there was an open slot well one for the next day by another staff member. This staff member helped me make my appointment and on my appointment day filled my papers in a professional way ?

Love their Service! I have been going with them since 2012 for my DACA and the renewals. I also went there in 2015 to apply for my Green card and in less than 6 months I was approved. Now I am in the process of renewing it! Also they only ask for Donations 🙂
