Worst costumer service ever , while there’s more than 10 person waiting at 4 pm on Monday feb 2nd there’s this two ladies taking for more that hour and the half and when someone tell her about it she said that there’s more people waiting for a longer period , she can’t do anything about it

Horrible service , lots of mistakes and they dont correct it and phone lines takes more than one hour to get thru . in person it take more than 2 hours to see an employee . it is just so much frustration and despair

It’s impossible to get a hold of them via phone. Its so frustrating I just gave birth to my newborn recently and trying to avoid to go to in person places. Don’t waste your time calling.
