Excellent service! From the receptionists at the front office, the dental assistants and all the dentists, new state of the art equipment, super clean areas! Professional dental work at a affordable prices for those of us without insurance and who couldn't afford dental work at a regular Dental Clinic, thank you so much, great job!

Bad customer service. Especially some lady named YOLANDA who is a call operator. It is obvious I am upset because I called for an appointment on Monday for my daughter who’s been sick all weekend. Not life threatening therefore I didn’t think it was necessary to take her to the ER (which I did end up having to take her due to the lack of communication with this clinic) I get an appointment for Wednesday, but decide to keep calling incase of any cancellations, they say something for Tuesday opened up, great I’ll take it. They call me 5mins before they’re going to close on Monday to tell me that the Dr just let them she won’t be in on Tuesday, how did they not know this sooner and why are they still making appointments on a day she won’t be there, lack of communication. I’m like ok I’ll take weds appointment that I had previously scheduled, that no longer is available next appointment is Thursday. I ask to please redirect me to put in a complaint because this is not acceptable. As a mother with a sick 7yr old who is complaining that she does not feel well the frustration is very high. I understand some things are out of their control. I ended up taking her to the ER, they say it’s not life threatening nor a surgical matter, therefore I have to schedule an appointment with her primary caregiver. It is now Wednesday, I’ve left many complaints and have yet to hear back from whomever is in charge. I call to see if I could schedule an appointment still VERY upset because my daughter is sick! As I am trying to explain to YOLANDA the situation she is very rude with no customer service nor understanding for others. Let’s me know it’s not their fault the Dr let them know 5mins before closing time and did not like that I was upset so she clicks on me. VERY RUDE. If they have no customer service they should not be answering phones as they will be dealing with ppl who are upset for very valid reasons. She could’ve easily transferred me to someone else to deal with me if she didn’t feel like she had compassion or understanding. How do you just click on someone. Did not try to deescalate the situation nor understand why I was upset.

I truly hope this review gets seen by someone in the office. I have been coming to this clinic for over 3 years and I have received great amazing professional services. A special thanks to Alfonso my dentist and the ladies in the dentist office. I enjoy when I go see my primary doctor Elizabeth Garcia a special recognition to Oscar he is professional and makes me feel comfortable when I come in to see my Dr. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. The place is a hidden gem! I’m happy with my primary doc and the dental area is very well run with very nice and knowledgable staff.
My latest issue was a bit of a frustration with a simple broken bone but Karina and Adriana really came through when I needed a fast referral to get a cast on my arm for a broken wrist. That was even after the first referral, authorization fell through because they said I needed a hand specialist. Both gals were very very good and helpful! Can’t speak their praises enough for their follow through! Thanks to them both again!

Vanessa from the referrals always is so helpful with my father’s referrals, very sweet and attentive girl! Always answers our calls and has even helped him schedule the appts. I am 61 years old and haven't found anything more comforting at this stage of the game to have found such a wonderful doctor. I have been going to San Fernando Community Medical Center for roughly 8 years. My doctor is so wonderful for so many reasons and I have received the best care and consideration then I have in years. Doctor visits have never been something I ever liked to do but now things are different. I have been treated with respect, concern and a feeling that my doctor is well versed on everything I bring to him and I recommend him to everyone. I don't interact much with all the staff other than when I call and need to speak with the doctor or make an appointment and I have no complaints in that area either. Great place to get care!!
