This is WILD that they give us things like this and think it's ok. DOGS and CATS are given good from PETSMART. Us we are given food for THE TRASH!!! I would not eat this broccoli and how is this helping feed ANYONE but donations are received and WHO EXACTLY RECEIVE IT BECAUSE WE DON'T

To be able to do service for others is just so sweet! Being able to come to such a fun environment and fill bags of food or pack things up is such a great feeling and I'm so glad that there is a place here in San Antonio that I'm able to visit often! Staff is always very friendly!

This by far was the WORST distribution I have ever gone to. I know for a fact that other cars that were of “other races”’got more food than I did. There were no smiles, no order, no real quality essential food given to me. I have a family of 5 and was given what is shown in the picture below. To arrive at 06:30 just to make it on time and then to get items that would be considered one meal for a household of 5 is a waste of gas. I ALWAYS am able to get food for my poor mother and neighbor but the female Pastor wouldn’t let anyone do that. I will NEVER go back to this poorly operated food drive.

Excellent experience, we come at work one/twice a year, and we always have so much fun. It never disappoints ,they put music, clean bathrooms, water, the locations is centric. The staff is super friendly. It easy to drive, plenty of parking, it feels good to give to those in need!!!

My church group and I got a chance to help make over 13000 meals in about a 3 hour time frame. They have the pallets, food, boxes, and more! The place was clean and well laid out. The group leaders were very nice and respectful. I'm thankful for the opportunity and encourage others to go individually or as a group!

Went to an appointment for assistance yesterday and I believe the gentleman that helped us was Jaden or Jalen? His office desk was directly in front of the printer/fax machine. He was very helpful and thorough and provided information on the resources available near my house and helped me fill out the paperwork and made the needed corrections. He also provided in-depth details about how HHS works and the best way to navigate their system and policies. Thank you very much for your help! I hope you were able to get some coffee today 🙂
