The staff are very nice and the place has a cozy feeling to it. Little tip however is that their lunch is 12:30 to 1:00. Figured I'd put it here since they haven't really put that change online or on their info when you call.

Not at all helpful! The receptionist put it all off on me, a new patient to sort out his [valid] Medi-Cal insurance after showing up for an appointment. The doctor I was assigned to didn't accept my carrier and I was not offered any options. So they wasted my entire day plus travel expenses. The receptionist basically didn't give a damn about my health issue and didn't want to be inconvenienced. Based just on my contact with front-line staff today, I'll connect with a real clinic that is more into medical care than insurance and profit.
