Boxes were torn in places, top crushed,had been retapped. One can was missing from a torn box. One can was busted open and leaked juice which soured. Several boxes were open and contents spilled all inside the box.A great many of the cans were bent.

Heres what happens when you make the traffic through the gas station one way: I and other people are sitting two deep waiting on a pump while several of the pumps are empty and we can'tuse them because they are on the wrong side of the car. Also, people are stretching the
gas hose across their cars at other pumps to make use of pumps on the wrong side of the car, which is a safety hazard. Why is it one way? You are loosing business, people are leaving to go elsewhere instead of waiting.

The meat was MIA didnt have any regualr pork or beef coolers were working but all they had was the high end steak and that was it! Wasted 2 hours of driving for nuttin

Service member was very nice but had no help. I know it's hard to find help, but ya'll need to get on this. No telling how much business you lost today. Also, no seating for customers to wait. 2 hrs to get a tire plugged was a bit much.

I love this Sam's. My only criticism is about the handicapped carts. They are already limited, and almost always low on charge...and many times somewhere abandoned in the leaving someone in a predicament. When I have reported abandoned carts, is usually get..." the battery must have died ' YOU THINK!! How are carts dead at 8 am? Yesterday, I brought in a 15 % charged cart from the parking lot and plugged it up, then went back out and brought in another in....thank God it was on 100%. Those carts are critical for a good shopping experience for many...I wish the staff would give a little more consideration to this. Thanks!

Sam’s Club always surprises me with the products they keep in stock. We know that Sam’s Club is famous for the products you can by in bulk from bread to eggs. The seasonal items tend to be exciting because you don’t know what they will get in. One time they had classic video arcade games you can set up at your home. Today I saw folding chairs and tents for tailgating with the Tuskegee University logo on them. These will not last long! If you like this review, please like and share it. Have a great day!

This store has more positive then negative. Goods are cheaper then other stores. It has lot of space inside and outside,you can easily make social distance. I love buying food here. But, know that you MUST have its own store card even for enter.
Another this I never have positive experience with Sam’s club gas. I won’t use from even-if cheaper.

Today went into Sam’s to shop and bought Premium Protein Shakes. When I loaded the case into my truck, it leaked pretty bad and the foul smell was beyond belief. My wife and I did not smell it in the store but certainly in my truck. I took it back in to customer service and tried to exchange but the whole pallet smelled horrible, so Sams just refunded my money. Moral to the story is I would smell bulk items before purchasing them.
