Went to see 1940s Radio Hour at the Drendel Auditorium. Got tired from laughing so much! Great holiday jazz renditions. Would definitely recommend. Such a lovely facility - so beautifully converted - you might not realize it's the old high school.

Incredibly cool space in a converted historic high school. We had a retreat for our choir in the Hickory Choral Society’s room. Loved the campus and want to come back to view the art museum, science museum, and see all the other lovely offerings. Also seemed like a great place to bring the kids.

Fine, an enjoyable few hours for young children, otherwise small simple exhibits. Staff tries hard:) Highly recommend the family or grandparent pass. It’s a great value if you live near enough.

Great facility to hold a large meetings. Exceptional customer service. They were willing to meet me after hours as I had to travel out of town to set up for week long event at this location. This location also has adjacent kitchen. It also has wifi and other access to technology. Very large room and ample parking. Close to nearby restaurants. Be sure to bring snacks/beverages for all day events as access to vending machines are very limited.
