Terrible. Im on the verge of being homeless with no income and am eating from the food bank because i got fired. They give me barely any food stamps when they are supposed to be giving me more, they either make up a new rule, make a "mistake", or "need something"(which usually I've already given them) every week, and im in this office on average every week. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just reaffirms the fact that the Government couldn't care less about the people(unless you're a political donor, of course), you see similar stuff happen to our vets at the VA. Sickening! These people should be ashamed of themselves. "It's one big club, and you ain't in it!"

UPDATE JULY 15TH 2024 I got a packet in the mail to fill out and inside that packet had a paper with someone else's full social, address and social security amount issued every month. This is outrageous

Update 5.6.24 i submitted proof of income (again on 4.15.24) and the worker added it up incorrectly. So do to that negligence they cut my benefits. My paystubs have been on the floor for almost a month with no change at all. Its unacceptable the way people perform their jobs. IF YOU DONT WANT TO HELP THE CITIZENS OF YOUR COMMUNITY GET A DIFFERENT JOB. We are literally losing benefits and waiting long periods of time because, PEOPLE DONT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB
Update 3.14.24 they needed proof of income so i uploaded it to THEIR PORTAL and of course they didn't get it, even when i sent the screen shot of it being on the website. Then they didn't get that either. ? but they got my email asking if they received it. How they didn't get anything with what they needed? But yet they got the last email! This system is built to fail the people! Ive left voicemails last week and still haven't got a call back.
Update 8.24.23 no update lol I'm just still here waiting. They haven't seen my documents i uploaded in July yet.
Update 8.14.23 was just told my case was closed ? for not having correct documentation. I uploaded all my documents a month ago and when i was told i needed another document i uploaded that within 20 minutes. I also got a letter in the mail on the 10th saying if they didn't hear from me by the 9th ‍♀️? my case would be closed. (They sent it out on the 8th i have no idea how i would get it by the 9th) So go figure.
Update 8.10.23 @735am a lady picked up because it kept ringing ‍♀️. She told me she would put me through to a supervisor and while she was saying that i asked for an extension 3 times. She finally says 245 is for the secretary then hung up on me. I mean i don't want that extension i need a workers one. What happened to you putting me thru to a supervisor? I guess that was just something to say and shut me up. Been leaving Voicemails for about 2 weeks to verify I've uploaded everything they need. They've never reached out and today my case update says they need other documents. I've uploaded every document you can and been calling to verify they have everything. No call back. And now I'm 30 days in. No Voicemail checked. I should've read the reviews first. You can't even enter an extension, it hangs up on you

5 stars is only for worker Mrs.Crews awesome helpful, nice, and humble.I just feel like we're all human beings in this ungodly world . Some may need more than others some people feel there position gives them the right to be ungodly you should be kind and caring working in these positions you'll never know when you'll be in need.

Well the reviews speaks for them, If I could give a negative 10 I would. The Unprofessional individuals who are employed at this facility may need to be replaced with kind understanding and professional employees who actually like their job. They are always under staff to my guess no one likes their job, but thats an easy fix if you dont like your job, give it to someone who needs it and would like it. Rude is an understatement besides my other encounters with this angency, this morning when I asked who was I speaking with the worker hung up in my ear without giving me her name. Trust me by the time Im done writing emails and making phone calls I promise I will get to the bottom of this. In my opinion I think they need to do an rmployee sweep and hire inviduals who actually need and would like a job.

They have been trying to sabotage me for months! Even did a house visit. I comply and comply but it’s never enough! I got a letter saying my benefits will be cutt because of a paper I “didn’t” send in. When I call they purposely ignore me and I have to use other numbers! I’m high risk pregnant and cannot afford to feed me and my children at the moment.. can’t even work. I’ve had benefits in two other states and this office is the WORST! I feel so attacked that it’s affecting my mental health. I’m considering speaking to someone higher up because something’s got to give! They cannot keep attacking me this way..

I had an amazing experience with Lydia and Dana specifically. They were both extremely compassionate, understanding and educated in the sensitive topic at hand. They also provided me with additional resources that were helpful in regaining stability and making progress. Im very grateful for them. They are kind and dedicated!

My family of 8 soon to be 9 have been denied emergency assistance!! And have now been homeless going on 3 months …Due to not having receipts from Feb-June 2022 who keeps all of there receipts!!! A woman by the name of Adrienne Dixon denied my families application she showed no sympathy or compassion for my families situation and lied and told me she has all of her receipts for the last 2 years and told me to call the news !! I have heard many complaints about her from other state government offices such as dyfs!!
If you are given her as a case worker I suggest you change your case worker ASAP !!!

I have never given SS any reason to think I was a scammer nor is my family like others who take advantage of the system!! Adrienne Dixon denied my family emergency assistance in a blink of an eye !

Horrible! Me and my kids are hungry and I’m taking action! Applied for emergency stamps and was excited to get a call next day. I cutt off my benefits in another state trying to do the right thing! They sent my letter in 1 business day! I submitted all information and heard nothing back! Been calling for days and no response. Got a hold of a human today and she switched the line, that line went dead. Kept calling back and no answer! Even checked the site, Last update was the 31st of last month. Me and my children are hungry. No food left for us. It’s sad. It’s like they don’t care!
