After reading many of the 1star reviews I wouldn’t go to this organization to shop. The two main points are how rude the staff are & how ridiculously overpriced the items they receive for free are.

Way to lose a prospective customer. I haven’t even been there but from all the many same complaints, I’d be a fool if I did. If anyone mentions to me they’re going to shop there I’ll be sure to tell them to check out the reviews before they do.

How shameful a Christian organization would treat customers so horribly as well as get on board the greed train with all the others who decided Covid was a good excuse to start price gouging.

Today, June 1st 2024. Went to check out and bought what was labeled as a $9.99 stuffed animal but was Charged $20. I noticed as I was paying and they refused to take it off the checkout since I just handed them the money. I asked for a refund instantly and only received in-store credit. I noticed it had a stain as they returned it, they said good thing I didn’t leave the store or they couldn’t return it because of the stain. This place has become a straight up scam over this last year. That same stuffed animal is $19.99 at Walmart with no stains.

Not bad, the third we visited in Washington County. Store is bigger than it appears from outside but a bit "dated" inside. Still worth a visit as I found really nice bookshelf speakers for cheap.

Over priced. Many children's resale shops sell their bodysuits for $1-$2. Found one, very well loved bodysuit here for $4.04 and didn't even want to pick through the rest. And word to the wise - test any toy like a toddler would use it. Bought an Elmo toy for $4.88 and it has a very clear malfunction, doesn't move at all and doesn't finish a single song. I didn't want to be a bother to other shoppers by testing it. I should have. Very happy this was only a $5 lesson learned. Saw a lot of toys missing pieces; even a record player toy missing all the records. Then found a child's lamp base with a $4.99 price tag from goodwill still on it with their $15 tag slapped on the other side. I've always heard such great things about "St. Vinny's". This first trip greatly disappointed me. Will not be returning.

Good deals some of the time. Good place to find children's clothes, toys, games and puzzles. I also have good luck finding home decor at this location. Prices are getting high though. Passed up a really cute Easter decoration today due to the price was $18.99 and I was expecting it to be about $7.99.

The improvements in the stores are great an more varieties and you never know the things you will find in there. Something for everyone an kids too. Gently used an new things arrive daily. It's like a candy store for me . Different treats an the hunt is on. Love seeing what they have an enjoy looking for my treasures. Stop by an enjoy urself an the staff

Everything is donated and given to this organization with helping others in need in mind, then st vinnies turns around and over prices used items and sells them back to the community at almost department store prices or higher...how is that helping out your community. You should be ashamed. The people used to turn to thrift stores for a good deal on a budget but now we're better off buying it new at walmart or 5 below, at least it would be cheaper and brand new...just seems rather greedy seeing that it's supposed to be a helping organization founded from a religious institution. St Vincent would be rolling in his grave.
