I've been ordering with S&S off an on over the last few years. While their pricing is a bit cheaper than my other vendors, the customer service has consistently been awful. The experience I had with Priyanka over the course of the last few days has been a nightmare. After placing an order on 12/27 and still not receiving it by 1/3 (Bronx to Yonkers shipping) I called and spoke with Priyanka who flat out told me not to order with them anymore. I'd emailed Sunny on 1/2 and received a vague responses offering no real answers so my plan was to never order with them again but I still placed and paid for an order and needed to know the whereabouts. She then sends me a tracking number that had not been scanned by UPS after insisting she was tracking it herself and she saw the scan. This isn't the first time she's lied about packages being shipped. Then she calls and says she'll send the items via Uber- the same items that shipped already? Then she calls again to say they were out of stock on 40 of the pieces I'd ordered... the same pieces she said already shipped. Now that I have my items and a refund for the items they never had in stock I can safely say this is my last time spending money with them.

I don't feel appreciated when I shop here, so I stopped. I placed an order for white t-shirts. Some garments had spots / defects. When I discovered the defects I sent an email in regards to the issue, and there was no follow-up. I would love to shop locally but from now on I will order online from a different distributor.
