Been coming here for a while. While everyone seeks to make a profit, this place takes the cake on lack of customer satisfaction. I bought this watch at this exact jeweler, as well as my wedding ring. I won't be returning after today. Paid $15 a few weeks ago to have the pin replaced. A week ago I bring it in for service and this is what I'm presented. I tell the clerk, store manager in sight, look at these scuffs. He acknowledges them after I bring them up and says they did it. No apologies or otherwise. I didn't throw a fit. Instead I'll allow this review to serve you in finding better value elsewhere.

Mark has been super helpful and patient in making sure I find what I am looking for and am 100 percent happy with the gift I purchased. Took the time to go over different options with me. He’s also fixed many pieces of jewelry and was nice enough to tell me when something wasn’t worth fixing. Highly recommend!

Took in a ring for my boyfriend. Adam sized it. It came back too small and Mark was not gracious or pleasant about the required fix. I would stay away. There are plenty of other jewellery shoppes. We learned the lesson so you don’t have to. We went elsewhere. I’d rather pay a new place than the same place twice for poor work and attitude
