My experience with this management group has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Below are the key issues I have encountered during my time as a tenant:

1. **Unprofessional Management**: The management group operates in an unprofessional manner. They employ sketchy realtors who provide unreliable and often inaccurate listings of available apartments. This has made the rental process confusing and unnecessarily stressful. In addition, management attempted to raise the rent despite the state contacting each unit and telling them the rent should not be raised.

2. **Poor Communication**: The company is slow to respond to inquiries and concerns, and when they do respond, they fail to address complaints effectively. As a tenant, it is extremely frustrating to feel ignored or unheard when issues arise.

3. **Outdated Apartments**: The condition of the apartments is not as advertised. Many of the units are outdated and in need of significant maintenance or upgrades. This falls far short of the standards that were promised at the time of leasing.

4. **Unreliable Amenities**: Although the company claims to offer amenities, they are often poorly maintained or entirely unavailable to tenants. My apartment had a gym without weights, a lounge that was always locked and $4.00 washing machines that did not work.This false advertising of amenities has been a major source of dissatisfaction during my tenancy.

Given these issues, I would never consider renting from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid doing so as well. I hope that my complaint will prompt this management group to reconsider their practices and improve their services for current and future tenants.

I’ve lived here for my entire life and I can ensure you not to waste your time. My building has had problem with hot water since I was an infant and they always claim to “fix” it but yet the same issue persists. There is no reason why only one person can take a hot shower and have to wait hours until the hot water returns for the next person to be able to do that. They don’t care about their tenants they just want their rent money. And save your “we have no record of this person vacating our units bullshit” I’m choosing to remain anonymous.

Worst experience of my life. I moved in one of their building (in the Bronx), 8 months ago. After 3 months a person went in the middle of the night outside my door, trying to fight me. After few weeks the security man opened the door of my apartment without authorization (I was inside). Many times there is not hot water and the furnitures are very cheap! They say there are double windows, but you can still hear everything from outside. There should be security 24/7 (actually there is no security at all) and the place is not worth the amount of money they require. Waste of money. After all what happened to me, they still give me headaches to break the lease. It’s not safe at all - what can you aspect in a place where the security man goes into your apartment without permission?

*** I asked the super (who was supposed to be around 24/7) to keep that guy outside of the building. The same super who, without permission, opened the door of my apartment meanwhile I just had shower, saying that he was supposed to go to the 10th floor and not 11th. I lived in this place for less than a year, about 2 years and half ago and I still have nightmares about all that happened there. Instead of commenting my reviews, try to fix the issues you have in your building, to keep your tenants happy instead of doing nothing when there are huge issues!!!

Wish I could give them a negative 5 I have lived in there apartment complex for more than +20 years. The building management has no regard for the working community members who have fought viciously just to provide for they’re family. They never clean the buildings. Always trash everywhere just a bad experience if I could choose between a shelter and their complex I promise it would be the shelter. Terrible ppl
