I love these guys. Always easy to deal with. Need repairs they are fast and always fair prices. I have bought a used washer and and dryer from them years ago and have had no problems. A few weeks ago my over stopped working. Stopped by asked when they could do a service call . They said it would be about 2 hours. Ok that was fine. I'll bet they were there in under an hour and had it fixed within 30 minutes. That to me is service.

Bought a Samsung fridge from them about a year ago and it’s working great! Also, about 2 months ago my washer wasn’t working and they promptly and efficiently fixed the problem. Amazing work! Call them!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Never ever use S&J appliances on Kst in Tulare! The scam people! And don’t want to make it right even though we have a warranty! They sent someone out didn’t even open the washer. To check the part we have a warranty for! One of the worst customer service! Told me because I was a woman I wouldn’t understand’!

Had my washer repaired quick and fast. The man I spoke to let me know they were busy the day I had called and they would come out next day by noon but they were able to come earlier. He also stated they don’t normally work on LG washers but was nice enough to come and check out my problem. Thank you again for the great quick service.
