I appreciate the person-to-person service. After ordering an item online I called to ensure they actually had it in stock. The kind woman (Aretha) walked to the stock room with me still on the phone and pulled it from the shelf for me in order to prepare it for shipping. This was especially helpful because it was the week before Xmas and I had ordered the same item from Williams Sonoma and Crate and Barrel only to receive an email the following day that it was back ordered until late January. I ordered this product from S.Feldman on 12/19 and received it the next day. Thank you Aretha!

I love shopping online with y'all. Try to whenever I can because I'd much rather shop with you than that annoying behemoth Amazon. Just wish it was easier to leave a review. This place is an absolute gem on the upper east side.
