Old school jewelry supply show room in Midtown! Before fast fashion, the jewelry district in Midtown used to be so big!! I just wanted to share this vintage jewelry showroom in Midtown NYC. They have been in business for over 60 years. Check out all these charms. I just got a bunch of stuff from them! I was actually there when a fashion designer was visiting too!

For the second time my 144 bow tie clips I ordered were defective and I was told I would have to return them at my expense. The shipping costs would be about $70.00 as the clips are heavy. The clips themselves don't cost much more than that. So I would have to pay both shippings and have virtually NOTHING to show for it. Michael was quite rude and showed NO remorse for the cost and inconvenience I have incurred.

Please find your jewelry supplies elsewhere. A company that doesn't stand behind their products doesn't deserve your business.

I ordered from the company years ago and the quality of the product was great--completely different now. I ordered the same exact items and what I received were completely different than the past products. I can't use any of what I ordered. I called and spoke with the owner, Mr. Axelrod. He was extremely rude, refused to accommodate in any way, and even went as far to say that I had never ordered from him in the past when I had both their current and past product in my hands with the same product number and their packaging. More disappointed than angry because even though what I received it not what I was expecting and I spent hundreds of dollars on product I have no use for, I am just beside myself by the customer service.

Long term customer. I was just treated very poorly on the phone, worst customer service I've ever experienced. Apparently this company doesn't want or need to make sales. Looking for other suppliers, would encourage others to do the same. One star is too high for what I j just experienced.

What a horrible company!!!!! ordered over 2000.00 in stock chain. Client didn't like it and when we tried after 2 days to return unused/unopened stock parts they refused. No refund policy posted prior. Told them we would pay restock fee they could not care less. They are horrible to deal with..... don't trust them and don't use them!!!!!!!
