This is the Royal Opera House.  A building with over 250 years, one of Sweden's leading cultural institutions. Incredibly beautiful building. My very first visit here! We saw the "Nutcracker" ballet which was absolutely outstanding!  I got a taste for it so there will be more visits.
Will definitely be more visits!

The Royal Swedish Opera, located in the heart of Stockholm, is a cultural gem that combines world-class performances with stunning architecture. The grand façade of the building is impressive, and stepping inside, you’re greeted by an opulent interior with gilded details, elegant chandeliers, and plush seating that sets the stage for a memorable night.

Lunch concert, the room was beautiful and all the table was set.
I sat down and enjoyed my Caesar salad and glass of vine and the conversation with the other table’s guests.
After eating and coffee the concert started.
It was enjoyable 30 minutes.
Fantastic lunch a rainy day in May.

Wonderful Opera 'The Barber of Seville'. But I love the decorations in a historical style, not modern ones, and the costumes too. By the way, they were not bad, but in the same color scheme, and this does not happen in life. For complete immersion you need maximum naturalness, not licked purity

It was KulturNatt yesterday and We hade an amazing evening there. We love DANSA KLASSISK BALETT OCH MODERN DANS. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the event obviously attracted a lot of people, But the theater did not organize it accordingly. When queuing outside, many people cut in line and the line was a bit chaotic. But no one stopped them. It is very unfair to honest people. It would be better if they set up some lines to help the queue be more orderly.

We went to our first opera performance, "The barberer of Seville" and got hooked. Absolutely stunning performance in a space that just breaths culture through out the history. Just the building itself is worth a visit with its amazing 250 year old architecture. But I highly recommend this specific performance, it's funny, captivating and well performed. It even had Swedish subtitles being displayed above the stage, which was a welcome surprise since I don't speak Italian.
I never imagined I'd like it as much as I did!
Pro tip; if you're on the 3rd level, bring something to sitt on, the chairs are quite uncomfortable!
