We recently found out my teen daughter has Lupus and Polymyositis. This was a great first lasting impression for the Fargo location. My family was blessed to be able to utilize services provided by the Ronald McDonald House of Birmingham, Alabama back in the early to mid 90's when my baby sister was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease, so the non-profit organization is familiar. We were welcomed with open arms. Each staff member we encountered was polite, helpful, attentive, and full of other resources. We didn't get a chance to fully explore or engage in any activities, because we arrived approximately 15 minutes before midnight. Our appointment was before 10:00 a.m., so sleep was the best option as we'd traveled 6 hours to get there. Overall, our stay was great, everything was clean, there was plenty of room for my family of 4, it was was quiet and peaceful, and the location of The Ronald McDonald House for us was perfect! Over the years, I've donated numerous times because you all make it so convenient and stressless for parents like my late mother and myself by assisting us with emotional, mental, and financial support as we navigate our way through our children's health journeys. Thank you so much for being a part of our healing process! It takes a village!! Respectfully!

This visit was to drop off pop top tabs. Thereโ€™s a dropbox in the front entry. As I stepped in a gentleman greeted me by opening the inside entry door. He was super friendly and very inviting not to mention very thankful for contributing to the cause with the tabs.

An amazing blessing. Kind words and actions. Giving hearts. We were at the Fargo, ND location for over a week while our newborn son received medical care at Sanford hospital. The hospital and RMD worked well together to make it easy for us to get in while we were at our weakest. Upon arrival we found amazing staff, a amazing kitchen area with donated food. The room was clean and on par with any hotel room. We were there for over a week, so the laundry room with multiple washing machines and dryers was a small but immense blessing. Though we had relatives watch our other children we almost regretted not having them see and play in the areas set up for children entertainment. This includes a outdoor and indoor playground, a video and arcade room, library, craft room, and a room filled with gives for siblings of the hospitalized child. Amazing! Thank you

Went to grab some lunch fast tried to order ranch with my food the worker on drive thru rudely instructed me to ask at the window. When I got to the window to pay the took my card ran and then told me to pull forwards and shut the window. Upon going in to grab my ranch nobody bothered to ask what I needed or to try and help me. I will not be returning to this McDonaldโ€™s worst one in Fargo
