Had the pleasure of visiting this location while volunteering with a couple of friends and cooking brunch for the families. Such a grand but homey house. All the employees were super welcoming and pleasant. 3 story house with plenty of rooms with private bathrooms, which is a huge plus for the families needing to stay here. They do offer shuttles to get you to and from the hospital. They have a huge family room, with crafts, games, and huge tvs for the families to be able to unwind. They have a library with plenty of puzzles and books to choose from. They have a laundry facility as well as a communal kitchen. Such a great visit, albeit a bit emotional just thinking of the reasons why families stay here but nonetheless, everything and everyone is bright and cheery!

We stayed one night here before my daughter’s surgery. Staff was very helpful showing us where everything was and they even had a gift bag full of goodies for our daughter and a nice thirty one bag with goodies for my husband and I. Highly recommend this place if you are traveling to charlotte for surgery or medical care that requires overnight stay. With being 2 hours away from the hospital and a very early arrival time at the hospital we needed somewhere to stay the night before.

This place is in the business of changing lives. I truly don’t know what we would have done during my son’s two month hospitalization without RMH. It’s operated by people who genuinely care about your family and want to help you during difficult times. The managers, Elizabeth and Jonathan, are so kind and the volunteers are wonderful. The therapy animals that come visit each week are fantastic and the whole house is a home away from home. I didn’t know a lot about RMH before we needed it but now I can’t stop telling people how wonderful they are!

I've never felt more welcome and at home away from home than here at Ronald McDonald House. I finally got in so I could be closer to my son during his 101 day hospital stay and I couldn't have been happier! Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean place! Food was very delicious! Even my 3 year old loved it here! Would recommend to anyone that needs a home away from home when they're child is in Levine for long periods of time!

As local Realtors, my wife and I are honored to help support the RMH. Our son was born with a heart defect that required we stay away from home for an extended period of time. We were fortunate to have a RMH help make our home away from home a pretty amazing experience in so many ways. Thanks for all you do!

The Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte has been a huge blessing to me and my family. It allows us to get much needed rest while our son is in the hospital. The staff is very friendly and the volunteers keep the place cleaner than Mr. Clean's teeth. An added bonus is the meals that are provided most evenings during the week and breakfasts during the week ends. Thanks to all of you who have donated your time and money to make the Ronald McDonald House possible!
