We felt very safe and cared for. The room was very clean. The only issues were the TV would not play anything but PBS, and the hot water was scalding hot if you weren't paying attention.

The people who work there are amazing and caring, unfortunately my favorite staff member had her last day there while I was staying. Everyone there is kind and amazing. The rooms are well kept and pretty big. The duplex we stayed in for my daughters transplant was extremely nice.

This is such a an amazing place and was for me like the only vacation I've ever had in life even though I had had a baby who was premature and that is the reason I was there. I couldn't travel back and forth so they allowed us to stay in a house that fit my entire family. My parents, my husband and I and our son. Just wow I actually did not want to leave! So many good memories here. Thank you so much for being so kind and for all the free blankets, food, drinks place to sleep everything!

I have 2 medically complex children and have been referred to the Ronald McDonald house in the past but have never had the need to utilize it before. I went there just to wash clothes midway through a 2 week stay at the hospital. The process of check-in is easy and straightforward. The grounds are immaculately clean. They gave me a tour of the facilities I would be able to access, showed me where I could get food while I was there, and led me to the laundry area. In the laundry room they had spare toiletries which was a godsend because the shampoo at the hospital smelled like a wet ash tray. Their machines were fast and efficient and the toiletries I was able to get were much nicer and helped me feel a little more normal during a very trying time through my child's treatment and recovery. If you have need to utilize the Ronald McDonald house, they were wonderful. I'm not sure what the long stay rooms look like, but I know that the facilities were worlds better than what I had anticipated.

I have to start with a ginormous Thank YOU Ronald McDonald foundation!!!! I also want to share a few tips , pay attention. First second you get a chance to connect with your social worker, do it! If I previously spoke to a social worker pre admission I would have had a place to shower, sleep, feel human for a few minutes. Second, bring snacks! Lol , The one lacking star is due to not much food being accessible. My family just went through a double cancer diagnosis, along with my son’s surgery. So we are a family in need of aid. The staff are friendly & helpful!! Bedrooms are beautiful & on the clean side. They could do a tiny better in that area. Thank you for letting me feel grounded & human for a couple hours!!! I am quite familiar with Ronald McDonald ( mother works for corporate) Thank you is not enough!

Let me tell you about the Ronald McDonald House!
It was such a great experience, stay and cleanliness.
Not only was the staff amazing but you also aren't alone, you get to meet other families going through a difficult time.
The staff welcomes you with open arms, they make sure you're okay, not only materialistic but mentally, they cared about our feelings especially going through a difficult time, when they didn't have too since they are human too.
We were there during holidays, which was hard for us since our three daughters were back home and our son was in the NICU for 109 day. The Ronald McDonald House always had a gift at our door. Made sure we were ALL thought of.
They made sure we were always okay and they always put a smile on our face.
Angelita was MY favorite!
It definitely was home away from home. ❤️
10/10 recommend staying here!
