It's $600 a year per house on food and resets every 6 months. Someone said $600 every six months. I agree that workmanship is poor. Part of my roof was not pinned, i.e... nailed in place. We had issue after issue that took well over a year to fix, after the 1 year mark and in some instances, not to our satisfaction, but they wore us down. Management is no longer good. Floor plans are great. The home is well insulated with lifetime roofs. The neighbors are great. Lots of amenities and Tucson has lots to offer. 7/3/24. UPDATE. My air conditioner on my 5 1/2 year old home has stopped running. The warranty at this point only covers parts. Robson was known to be a quality builder. Not my experience or the experience of our friends here at Saddlebrooke Ranch, hence I have altered Robsons rating from a 3 to a 2.

Check it out....rent a house for 1-3 nights! They show you all around and use of golf cart and 2 bikes!

My experience here was terrible. I had 21 problems
With the house day of signing and promised to
Fix everything. It took a year and the craftmenship
On the house is very cheap. I had a lot of custom
Work done and recommend that you order custom
Work be done after you move in.
Also it’s a very clicky group here. Have to spend
$600. Every six months or they ad to your HOA
Which goes up every year.
Only good thing is gated but you can get that
Without living in a community like this.

Terrible round of golf! No ranger to keep people moving. Ended up with three foursomes at the tee box multiple times!
