Don’t recommend this facility. Had to call and complain to riverside county because people here aren’t doing their job correctly. Alejandra Palma do ur job correctly. You read out the rules but don’t follow them. You let people smoke in ur zooms and you have us leave 5-10 mins early. And you allow for people to turn off there camera but still count them as attending. Riverside county please do something about this worker.
I’m response to the business owner, no one is talking about tardiness. I’m talking about how ur worker Alejandra Palma allows many things that are against the rules. Ex: leaving the zoom meeting early, people turning off camera, allowing people driving or working to still attend meeting which is again the rules. So how about you check on ur workers instead or replying with some nonsense. Thank you.

The staff are very nice. But my concern was when in zoom meetings the things my instructor would say sometimes and letting someone take a shot on camera while in a pool was ridiculous. Now as I’m studying to become a drug an alcohol counselor I’m seeing the difference between what a caring real counselor is and one that’s there for not the right reasons. Not trying to bash anyone but it’s ridiculous.
My family member goes drunk to you’re groups and even falls asleep he’s had more DUIs an jail time then I can count and he’s been in an out the hospital right now hallucinating because of alcohol and his counselor doesn’t see it ? They are not helping him !!! I’m upset because how many people are like this! He’s an alcoholic who needs help that’s why he is there and he’s not even getting the help !

Took 10 days to report to dmv of completion of course. And when it was reported, they reported the wrong information. 120 day course what was needed to be reported. They reported a 90 day course. Like wth. We pay all this money. Do your f'ing job correct. Now i have to come back to the dmv after sitting here 5 hours outside in the heat. Because the supervisor didn't correctly do their job. What a f'ing inconvenience.
