I had a very pleasant visit. They were very nice and friendly, and help me out a lot. And the place very well maintained. It took me 1 hr without an appointment to get out, that fair for me.

This county building is by far the worse I ever been to! The workers do not answer their phones. You can leave messages and they will NOT call you back. They will send you letters with appointment dates that already passed. It seem like they dont know what they are doing or they in need of more training.They supposed to be their to HELP you but they could care less!! and it's really sad. It's people out there that really need help and the "the workers” discriminate and have really bad attitudes and they be quick to cut your cash aid.

When your conducting personal business here. One need to have patience. Social workers are working hard to meet your needs. Average waiting time is 3 hours take a lunch, snacks for kids sure, and be patient.

This office is worst than ever before! I know it's new but they need to get it together! I applied for medical June and it's now almost august and my daughter needs to go to the doctor. I call my worker and she never calls me back, so I call the main office and they direct me straight to my worker without letting me know, just to find out she doesn't answer like always! And I leave her voicemails! And nothing..How am I supposed to make an appointment with someone who never answer and doesn't get back at me?! This is so fraustrating

I’ve been trying to get a hold of my Case worker Shanika Bethune for about 5 months now and she doesn’t get Back to me I called her supervisor and she also sends me to voice mail! This location is really bad when it comes to getting back to you even after they tell you on their voice mail to leave them a massage and they will get back to you! Ive never experienced that when I was in the Perris location! I understand you guys are busy and have a lot of cases but it’s been 5 months now! Someone should of been calling me by now!

The person that was helping the check in line.. She called me to. I or j. She was very nice. And double ✔ the policy on reduce id form. Apparently being on disability does not qualify for reduce id fee. Only people receiving cash or food aid. The social security office, who was suppose to give me the form.. Sent me here where they cant even look up my case.

This is a fairly new building in Moreno Valley and it is more roomier than the last building that they occupied more organized. After your wait in line they have plenty of seating that is very comfortable. Your average wait time to be scene is from 35 mins to a little over an hour. The staff there are knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. They have handicap parking in front, it's basically a small parking lot but people are coming and going so you usually can find a spot to park.

I have been trying to add my 3.5 month old to my case for over 2 months now. I sent a fax, left multiple voicemails, added my baby through c4yourself and I've still not gotten any phone call back or any updates to my daughter's case for medi-cal. I even called my case workers supervisor and still nothing. Super stressful! especially since I had to take the baby to the E.R. and had to pay medications out of pocket when the baby should have already been covered.
