I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Alex, our maintenance worker here at the complex. He is incredibly friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. I recently asked him for help carrying some furniture, and he didn’t hesitate for a second. He went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciated his kindness. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and genuine. We’re really lucky to have someone like him in our community.

I love living here at River's Edge. Besides the fact that everything you could possibly need in your apartment is provided including the best CEO of Maintenance is wonderful! His name is Albert and that man doesn't waste any time making sure your service requests are expedited, performed properly, and cleans up like you never knew he was there.
In my opinion, Albert is one hell of a professional Service Manager!!

I just want to take a moment to recognize Albert, the maintenance technician at riveredge apartments. He was always professional, efficient, and friendly. Anytime I had an issue, he responded quickly and made sure everything was fixed properly.
His attention to detail and commitment to good service really stood out. It's not always easy to find someone who takes pride in their work, but Albert definitely does. If you live in riveredge Appartment you're lucky to have him around! , notes : the apartment is clean,large and renovated but it is really expensive.

Completely unorganized. They will charge you $$$ regardless of things not working,like the gates. We got signed on saying the gates were being fixed then as we started to get to know staff who constantly are being hired and fired or leave. We'd hear how management is. Basically they lie to get leases signed. They Will make you sign lease stating what the amenities are and even if not working. Pool gate is broken, strangers come to use the pool, trash cans overflow , two trucks come every morning trash picking , no patrol on property as promised and we pay for this. They never get caught up. Parking is crazy because the gates are open 24/7 eveyone has everyone taking spots that belong to paying residents. You will get every excuse , all management' does is ignore and act ignorant or say they will follow through and never do. Must be nice to come to work and get paid to be lazy.

First and foremost I’ve been living here for about 7 months now and I’ve never met a staff as lovely. Nate, Maribelle, Rachel (maternity leave 😊) and let’s not forgot Camille the manager. Camille has a way about her she means business but she is so nice. If there’s ever anything you need she makes sure it gets done. I can definitely see her in a regional position one day as well as Rachel. They are just Cutt from a different cloth. I have stayed at a many places and not expecting too much from rivers edge actually surprised me as it’s clean everyone you encounter is really nice. Camille is just as authentic as they come, communication is key here when there’s an issue. I thank them for so much you guys deserve the flowers and again Nate and Maribel are vital members of the staff as well. Thank you guys so much.

We just renewed our lease and I gotta say I have good things to say about this complex. The new office staff is so friendly. They do monthly events which I really enjoy because they allow my son to interact as well.
The complex itself is super clean. The only concern we have is the gates do not work. They have not worked since we’ve moved in.
That’s the only reason for four stars. If they worked easily 5 star community !

I am so disappointed Im in Texas tring to rent in california. I tried for a month to see this place. I called spoke to a guy he said you can come by anytime after 1:00 just call I call no answer than when I finally got a lady she said we dont show the apartments on monday. If I was renting I would show monday thru friday. I got so frustrated because I had to rely on family members to do viewing for me. I rented from another building that allowed us to view more than once you guys need to do better stop acting as if you are giving away something fo free.

This apartment complex is quiet, and yet there are so many friendly neighbors and families. It is smaller than other apartment complexes we looked at, but overall I have come to like that better because it is nice to see familiar faces. Alma in the front office is so kind and welcoming, I have got to give props to her! She is great, anytime I see her she asks how things are. Sam was our initial point of contact with these apartments and he is very knowledgeable and friendly too, in fact all the staff are very friendly. There are security patrols at night and the complex is gated. I feel safe, welcomed, and at home here, which is obviously so important when choosing a place to live. The grounds and greenery are well maintained, walkways are clean, even trash areas are well-kept. I think that also has to do with your neighbors - everyone seems respectful of the grounds and other neighbors. Parking is hard to find if you come home later in the evening but so far I would say that is the only drawback to these apartments, and that is hardly a concern of mine and my roommates anyway since we all get home from work in the early evening. Overall I really have no complaints and would and HAVE recommended this place to friends!
