Well what I would have to say about River Manor. It's a nice place to live. For handicapped and disabled people. Senior citizens to carry out their last days. But one thing that's not so cool about River Manor is they do not allow elderly or disabled people who have felonies charges an done been to prison serve their time border crime. An come back into society rehabilitated an Crime free for at least 2 to 10 years. I feel these Elder or disability disabled people should be allowed to live in this government development housing system. Just because someone has gotten into trouble one point in their life that this should be held against any person that has went to prison. And served long periods of time in prison. And released from prison and stay out of any situations with authorities for a. Of 3 to 10 years without any further trouble with the authorities these people should be allowed to live in this government development housing assistant for the disabled Elder and handicapped weather they are ax felon or not they have paid their debts too Society thank you sincerely Deborah Phillips...
