Great experience registering an out of state vehicle here! The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. There is plenty of free parking surrounding the location! Will be back next year for renewals!

I've been here many times and receive the same experience every time, a sluggish pace with extremely bad attitudes. You walk in and you can feel the tension, why is there tension? I don't know. Maybe because you wait in line for an hour due to the fact that the clerks have literally no sense of urgency. (Just because you hate your job, you don't have to take it out on your customers.). After all of this then you get to deal with one of the smart mouth, bad attitude clerks. This is not the way a legitament "business" should be run. What happened to good customer service, positive attitudes, and making a good impression? Management really needs to step up and take charge of this place and give everyone who works there an attitude adjustment simply unacceptable behavior!

Wonderful organization here but a bit confusing. Waited almost an HR yesterday in long lines during rain, gave up on waiting. Parking lots were sketchy and said they would tow? Come in today again only to be told they don't even offer drivers licensing services here, not sure when this changed and so sorry no one told me yesterday while I was waiting in lobby for seemingly forever. Please update website and Google maps with actual services currently offered at this location and when, that would be a tremendous help and less waste of time and frustration. Someone in line mentioned might still be able to do it online if already expired, would have saved me quite a bit of time.

I think this place has closed down. They don't answer the phone and they don't mail tabs as requested. Two years ago they refused to mail tabs using the excuse their mailing window on the envelope didn't line up with my address. Not sure about this year, no tabs!Do not use this company!!! They do not exist, except to take your money! Please pass along. This is a scam!!!!
