I stopped by here to grab some waterproof clothing for a camping trip. They had exactly what I needed and the perfect size.

The staff was very helpful, and it was a quick in and out. They had enough cashiers that the wait wasn't long. They have so much to offer. I had also checked out their shoes, but they didn't have my size in stock. It was recommended to order online, and it could be shipped directly to my address.

If you are looking for quality outdoor clothing, gear, and equipment for you and the whole family they have you covered.

We went there to have my son's back tire repaired. Cap, the fellow at the bike shop was so helpful and friendly, it was amazing. We don't expect that kind of customer service anymore. Cap not only changed the back tire but he helped tune the bike, checked for safety issues and installed the kickstand and bottle holder we purchased and was happy to answer the various random questions we had (I don't know much about bikes).

Incredible customer service! Sage E. spent 40 min. teaching me how to pick out a mountaineering/ice climbing boot that would fit properly and suit my needs. She covered different types of climbs, different considerations, was patient and incredibly informative. Extra bonus: scored a pair of La Sportiva Nepal Cube GTX for half off, brand new in resupply.

I wish the workers at the shoes area would do better. The two workers, one man and one women were there but not attentive to customers needs. It took me a few minutes to get their attention. Other than that, REI store is the best sports store. Every outdoors supplies, gears and etc you could find is here. Better customer service is needed at the shoes department next time. Please! ?

The REI isn’t huge but it does have a nice selection to choose from. They have a bike shop here as well which is pretty neat. All of the employees were friendly and helpful.

In terms of store size, this Issaquah branch is very much smaller than the flagship multi-storey Seattle branch. I'd say the size feels similar to the Bellevue branch. This Issaquah branch is adequately stocked to keep us coming back throughout the year; especially when there are ongoing sales! While it's hard to find help at Seattle's branch due to its sheer size, this Issaquah branch has plenty of staff who are always ready to help. Parking here is also a lot easier as compared to Seattle and Bellevue branches. It's actually quite hard to rate REI branches because their warm & friendly service is quite consistent across various stores across the nation.

Wonderful selection of gear. Lots of colorful clothes. Sleeping bags and tents. What more do I need? Waterproof hiking boots!

REI has exceptional customer service and all the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly when assisting with purchases. Jack in the footwear department was extremely helpful and kind when helping me make my decision. (Bellevue location is great too.)
